kay this is a japannese dish and is a favorite of mine.
Mix together: 1 box(16 oz) Mochiko brand mochi flour 3 cups of sugar (only if you have a sweet tooth like me, if not use less) 3 tsp of baking powder
Add: 2 cups of milk 5 large eggs 1 tsp of vinilla 1 cup coconut flakes (i dont like coconut, but you can try it) 1 stick of butter melted (add last)
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. let cool before cutting. ^-^ eat up!

Is this the same kind of mochi they make the little mochi balls out of at the frozen yogurt shops? I wanna know cuz they told me it was made out of rice and not flour.
