Okay that was very uncool of me. But there is a reason for my disappearance, my com crashed and things got busy. But I'll make it up for you.
Tips section is open! hows that for an apology?
Alright it's all pretty simple, just follow the regular rules. If you have any tips worth sharing put them here, If you have some problems, (cramping, pains, hills) put them here and we'll try to answer them.

I've always liked almost raining, but temperature makes a big difference. 40 degrees and raining isn't much fun, nor is 85 degrees and humid. Growing up in Minnesota, we had both sometimes. Luckily I live in California now so weather is usually pretty nice.
Can I pick 65 degrees and almost raining?

Raining is the bomb. If your running long enough, the cold or heat just becomes background sensations.

Joel the magical snoman O i need to get really good at running hills for region in CC. Any suggestions? if u have any steep hills around your house just run to that hill and run it over and over again it works I've done it smile now instead of hating hills i love them cause i know almost no one can keep with me on a hill.
