New York Settlement

The New York Settlement is a rickshaw type town now. It has a central hub, which is the tower, of the once imposing Empire State Building, which was now missing about 30 levels. Around it surround smaller buildings, now rebuilt with the colonization efforts. Any building now currently standing was roughly about 5-10 stories. Also, there is a large rubble wall that stands, built from the city itself, taking all the freestanding debris, and pushing into a border around the settlement. It has three main gates, all of which are heavily guarded, a central Market Square, an armory, the military section, and suburban living areas... It is currently undergoing a large expansion...
