This is the main gate to the village letting people in and out, if your not welcome, find another way in.

A flicker of light would be clear within the night, quickly followed by a plethora of more sparks within the night's sky -- what, exactly, was it? The guard's near the gate likely would have put it off as fireflies, if not for the fact that something seemed to be cycling between the small sparks at break neck speeds -- one of the guards took a step forward at that precise moment, and as it disappeared into the night, a light swing of a blade was heard, followed by a thump. A head rolled back towards the gates, the guards obviously got off guard by this sudden occurrence. Before they could act, even signal an alarm, a blade impaled itself into the abdomen of the second nearest, and a second, smaller one stuck itself into the skull of the third nearest; meanwhile, the last guard was bisected within milliseconds, only moments after the other two guards were dispatched. "Obviously these ones would be too flimsy for that rotting carcass. Hmm..." the man known as Taiyou spoke, his tanto and muramasa seemingly already sheathed.

With a disgruntled sigh, he kicked a corpse onto it's side, plopping down onto it, the aerial sparks clearing up by this point. At this point, he was just waiting for his 'brother' - and according to what he said, they were looking for something, but despite whatever status that they may have with their obvious criminal organization, it didn't seem to be a search for a Jinchuuriki...
"How to infiltrate, how to infiltrate..." was all he said, a slight, barely stifled giggle slipping forth from his cloaked form.

"Obviously..." Iluriel replied as he slowly emerged from the ground beside where his brother stood.

Although being a part of that wretched criminal organization, he wasn't quite interested about the goals that they had. The beast that they call a 'bijuu' was to him like a wild animal, energy of various forms, weak but enticing to those who have not witnessed what true power is. But that wasn't the case. He was out with his brother to watch him wreak havoc within the village walls, and also, to find himself a suitable host to possess. To further his plans, he must search for a body to continue his existance. With the rotting flesh that he has, it would be uncertain if he could survive long in a battle. As he would most likely need his energy to sustain his deteriorating self.

Iluriel then went a bit further ahead of his brother and scanned around the area, with his head turning to the left, then to the right. He was trying to get a feel of his surroundings, trying to sense if there were any individual that would prove... suitable for his needs.

He was not quite pleased by the ninjas that were on guard that night. He expected the gate guardians to a bit more 'challenging' since they were tasked to protect the village entrance. And that alone is a responsibility worth noting for, as there could be a possibility that enemies would pass through it. But sadly, that was the thing that they failed to consider.

"Acquire their heartsss..." Said he, to his brother. " I will feasst on that when we get back..."

"Oh, posh. Anything's better than that pathetic lump of decay you're loafing around in," Taiyou cackled, the bodies that moments ago were animated with the souls of guards, levitating into the air, something within their body rumbling about in the chest -- moments later, multiple fountains of blood were sprung, and hearts were pulsating in mid-air around Taiyou's form. The only body that seemed to be far from a bloody mess was the one that he was seated on... probably because it was melting from the sudden influx of energy around him.

With a smirk, he stood once more, the hearts placing themselves into his cloaked form, his eyes on the back of Iluriel's head. A heart made a light 'tap' against The Void's head -- but it immediately returned to Taiyou's hand seconds later. "I can hardly believe the Ancients made my younger successor into such a stiff. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy..." he chuckled, simply watching his comrade search the area.

Despite the fact that Taiyou was a being of pure bloodlust, barging into a village without any grain of subtlety was even to him, a stupid idea -- his brother's priorities, painstakingly enough, came before his own desire to stir up a ruckus.

"There is a limit as to what I can do, and for now, I will have to live with that. I am becoming more and more desperate in finding myself a host. But a sacrifice would also suffice... I would need a pure and young maiden, her heart to be fed to me and her flesh warped and joined with mine to restore which I had lost..." Iluriel spoke, with his voice almost unintelligible.

He then turned toward his brother and gave him a piercing stare. "Though I am thus... I am quite capable of banishing you from this realm. Remember well o Morningstar. If you do not find me a body, then I assure you that I will take you with me in the next plane of existence." It was obvious in his tone that he was desperately looking for a replacement. Perhaps he knew that his time was running out. The unsealing of his brother took much of his power, and because of his rotting flesh, he is unable to restore much of his full power. Nevertheless he had kept an ace within him, the fact that his brother's existence was joined to him and that if he were to vanish from the realm of mortals, then his brother too will lose the connection to that world. The unsealing wasn't perfect, because there wasn't a spell for that to begin with. Therefore, much of his priorities are of his brother's as well, if he would love to continue terrorizing the local townsfolk.

"That subject," he began, his head tilting to the side slightly, inquisitively tapping his chin, as if looking for a better way to respond to his brother's methods of 'rebirth', so to speak. "is sickening. I'd hate to believe my presence didn't spark even the slightest bit of impurity in the hearts of something so easily influenced. Did you really tear apart that which I weaved for a millenia in under a hundred years?" he asked, a slight glare into his brother's piercing, red eyes. He couldn't exactly accept, even atleast a thousand years later, that all that Taiyou had established had been broken within practical seconds, by the Ancient's standards. How did I get stuck with this manipulative little... was repeating in his mind -- or rather, had been since the 'great' release.

He frowned slightly at the threat that Iluriel had made, placing his left hand around the bottom of the hilt of Hvratski. "Watch it, Void. Your dependency on me is just as great as mine to you," he growled out viciously, though he immediately removed his hand from the danger zone: he clearly knew that his time would be better spent being threatened as something lesser in his eyes, than being stuck in a statue outside the normal planes of existence -- one could say it was the nether, even hell, and that he belonged there, but they'd be far from right on that subject. It was literally nothing but his statue floating about in empty space, his tomb eating away at his body's chakra and stored solar energy. Was that really what he wanted? No, his power couldn't be sacrificed because of a defiance. "Whatever, nevermind that. Did you find anyone yet? Ancients only know why we picked this crappy little village..." he mumbled, flicking his wrist slightly, examining the dark matter that bounced from his right hand's clawed fingers.

Clearly he needed to annihilate more -- his body was hard to completely satisfy, with a small cadre of exhausted ninja as it's only sustenance.

Correction, brother, I did not destroy what you have worked for in the past millennia, but rather, I was correcting the error which you have made.” Replied he, still with the same dark tone he used to threaten his brother. Iluriel did not consider what he has done as ‘destructive’. Simply because he felt that he was repairing the so-called balance of the universe before. The humans benefitting from his actions even though there were some slight casualties. What is a little sacrifice anyway? What damage he considers, though, is that the one that his brother usually makes. His never-ending bloodlust and the constant urge to destroy are far more primitive, wild, and mindless. But that was not the case however. They both have their unique strength and weaknesses, which is why they have to work together, to compensate for their weaknesses and to compliment what strength they have.

Correct, now if you were to unsheathe that sword before me. Do you think you’d have the courage to strike me down?” He questioned as he saw Taiyou slowly placing his hand on his weapon. “It would be unwise…” he continued, following a soft yet deep chuckle. Iluriel then turned, raised his arm up to the level of his shoulder, and pointed at the direction of the Kage’s office. “I sense great power there, but nothing which that could surpass yours however…” he said. Wasting no time, he hovered ahead of his brother. “Quick, before more of the guards arrive and become aware of our presence” Iluriel advanced as he spoke. Soon he would have a new body, and when that happens, he will never be bound by the limitations of his former self anymore.

"I beg to differ. Without me, they never would have had to invent something such as Hvratski. I say that's an achievement you would have avoided... in favor of books and your civilized... things. It's no interest of mine to bother trying to repair what was lost, they're beyond influence now. I blame you for that," he grumbled, surveying the immediate area before he threw his wrist forward, and 'scanned' it over the dead, bloodied bodies -- immediately, they began dissipating due to being ripped apart at a molecular level by the dark matter that seemed to have slipped through the open wounds in their bodies.

"Quiet," was all he stifled out in response to his brother's query. A disgruntled yawn followed, and moments later, the field of reality around him began to distort -- and he would spawn a field around Iluriel. "Merge with me until we dispatch him. I have plenty of energy stored in my shell for the moment, and I don't plan on using any of it any time soon. Got it?" Taiyou queried, while simultaneously lunging into the air, seemingly levitating above the village, before turning his head towards the direction that his comrade had pointed towards. Immediately, the aura about the two began shifting in that direction -- in a manner of speaking, Taiyou was only speeding their movement towards the Kage's office.

Iluriel acted with no further hesitation and quickly merged himself into his brother's body. His mask then formed around the visage of his brother signifying that the merging had been successful. Now, as they sped toward the direction of the office, Iluriel began feeding Taiyou his hatred towards the world, fueling his uncontrollable urge for terror. Why? Because he needed to get entertained, it was as boring as it is already. Being stuck in Taiyou's body, with nothing to do. 'A little murder wouldn't actually hurt, right?' he asked himself, a question which Taiyou has heard as well, obviously.

"You'd hate it if things were done a bit too cleanly and civilized right?" said he, from within the mind of Taiyou. "Of course you would. I wouldn't mind you killing people on your way, just so as long as you get me that body." Trying to force a grin unto Taiyou's countenance. "What do you say?" he asked, in a witty manner. " I assume it wouldn't be too much of a hassle." He added, since he was fully aware of his brother's plenteous reserve of energy. He could bring down the village in one swift blast of raw dark energy if he wanted too. But then, that would've killed the fun if he left the people to die, unchallenged.

As Takashi walked aimlessly through the forest with Amaya he caught onto the scent of decaying flesh.

"Ugh, what is that disgusting smell, Takashi?" Amaya mumbled as she closed the manga that she had been reading on the way.

As they approached the Konohagakure main gate Takashi looked around at the dead bodies that used to be guarding the gate. He had ignored Amaya's little annoying comment and walked over the bodies to get through the gate. The bones shattered and some turned into dust when he walked over them. The flesh on the bodies were still somewhat fresh; he could feel it when he walked over the flesh and it would flatten out and then slowly merge back up. Whoever had done this surely made it easy for Takashi and Amaya to get through and it also saved them some time.

"Men are so ignorant." Amaya thought as she made some hand sighs and soon enough the corpses caught on fire. She didn't think it was quiet fair for the corpses to lay there, at least they were better off as ashes then food for the vultures or rats.

Iluriel went ahead of his brother and hovered back to the same gate where they made their entry. His purpose was accomplished, having found a body of a patrolling ninja which he had put to sleep, he proceeded to make an exit with the ninja being carried over his left shoulder. "A worthy sacrifice..." he thought. Though the body wasn't all that extraordinary, he took it nonetheless. For he knew that it would sustain him for a few years, and regenerate his decaying flesh or what other part he may have lost during the course of the years that passed.

"This small village would look marvelous if it turned into rubble..." He whispered to himself, showing a bit of his psychopathic nature.

He immediately moved with haste, so as not to gain the attention of the other roaming ninjas of the village. Taiyou bought him time, though only for a few, as their attention were caught by the spectacle that Taiyou had made around town. Iluriel made a slight chuckle, while he thought of the human anatomy. "Feeble and frail are they..." He thought.

And so goes his journey, unopposed and easy. What next move will he make now that he has acquired what he needs to freely move about in the world of the living?
