If you haven't heard already there's a virus out there called j_neutron7. If you get a friend request from this person don't add him under any circumstances. It's a very bad virus that will destroy your computer and all the people on your friends list computer.
He also has another account call umakemefeelgood. Don't add him either!

Erm, actually that's just a rumor spread by an angry person to alienate the poor guy. There is no way you can contract a virus from any sort of in gaia activity, the very worst they can do is in towns. There's a full forum on it if you look. Just a silly chain letter and if you like the guy, then add him. J_Neutron rumor started on AOL instant messenger anyway, so there can be no carry over.
