History:
I grew up with a fisherman, who taught me right best he could, but he said I musta had pirate blood in me. Every day, I'd be a-starin at those great wooden ships, an' at the cap'n bedecked in such finery. I'd be makin' tales about Cap'n Redbeard an tellin am to the fisherman that had been raisin me. I'd get spanked fer tellin tall tales, but it was worth it. As a teen I got inter some good scuffles, an' needed patchin' up like. I weren't the best fighter there, but I won a few fights. As an adult, I tried ter be a fisherman like me Pa, but didna like it as a livin' so's I joined this 'ere pirate crew once he passed away, so's he wouldna see an' be ashamed. I be hopin it's as good as me dreams.

We be about to set sail soon. I'll miss the Port of Anthros, but I reckon we'll come back to it soon. I've met most of the crew, and they be an innnterrrestin' lot! I can hardly believe that I'm on a ship about to set sail. Even though I'm one of the only fellers on the ship, it don't bother me so much. I'm not shy around the wimmin, and if they don't bother me, I willna bother them.
10/23/05:
I be a-minglin' with the crew, and they seem a right nice bunch o' pirates. 'Cept this one purple lass, she seems a bit self-absorbed. But I don't go sayin that to her face, an' I hope it's just that I aren't s used to her yet. The Cabin cats are right sweet little lads and lasses, and the cook seems to like em.
