Age (Your own, not your furson's, unless your looking for RP only)
Sex (Male/Female/Herm/Etc)
What kind of relationship your looking for and what sex (Male Master/Male Slave-Pet/Female RP only mate/Female Actual Mate/Herm Yiff buddy/etc)
Picture of fursona and/or self
Description about yourself (What you like/dislike, hobbies, etc)

If your confused about what a RP only mate is, its someone that although online and in RP's you'd be considered mates, offline you can still have relationships with other people and what not.
