The Academy Graduate
Every new member who first joins the guild and holds no seat will be considered fresh from the academy (a graduate). Therefore, new members/graduates of the academy with no seat will begin with the following powers & abilities only:
* A basic Zanpakutou - This is nothing more then a plain regular sword. Usually a Katana but can be different if you choose.
* Kido:
Binding Spells: (bakudō)
* 1. Restrain (塞, sai)— Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
* 4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
* 9. Hit (撃, geki) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Destructive Spells: (hadō)
* 1. Thrust (衝, shō) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
* 4. White Lightning (白雷, byakurai)— Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger.
*Basic abilities in running & endurance.
* Each new member will hold a 2nd Dan Black Belt in one Martial Art of their choosing. This art was taught to them in the academy and was required for graduation. Gaining other arts must come with extra training and approval by the Squad Captain or Vice Captain.
** Consistent and good role playing in the guild will allow the new member to move up through the ranks and gain the title of Shinigami with further powers and abilities. Promotions within a squad are given by the Captain or Vice Captain only.
