"Okay, Al, are you ready!?" Edward called to his brother from the other side of the rectangular room.
"Yeah," the younger Elric nodded as he checked the diles. Soon they would be home. Be able to see Winery and Aunt Pinako, Mustang, Risa, and everyone else. At least, that's what they hoped would happen. If this worked, the Gate would open for a short time and they'd cross over.
"Alright, I'm starting it up." Edward pulled on a lever and the gears started turning on the giant machine. Lights flashed and the dile hands turned to the right. Electrisity shot throught the generator to two metal rods positioned on either side of the room facing eachother. The Current was visible as it continued flashing.
There was a swirling of color; brown, black, and white. Soon an immage formed, slowly solidifying. A giant gate with strange markings on it stood agaisnts the empty concrete wall.
Grins streatched across the two young men's faces. "It...it really worked this time," Al said.
"Yeah... Al...let's go home." Al nodded and they pulled open the Gate and stepped through, not noticing a dark figure following them in. A red bolt ran across the electric current and arround the Gate as it closed behind them, dissapearing forever...

A Gate apeared in an alley way in Konoha. It creaked open and two young men around 17-18 came out of it.
"So where do you think we landed, Ed? Maybe we're in Central or some small down," the taller one asked his companion as they left the dark alley for the bright street.
Ed smirked "Who knows. All we can do is find out."
The dark figure jumped out of the alley, a bit of light reflected off of a strange red tatto of a dragon eating it's tail. They dissapeared into the shadows as the Gate closed, vanishing.
