Just wondering, because this particular match-up seems rather obvious.
Ra's Al Ghul: Wants to acheive ecological balance by destroying most of humanity
Poison Ivy: Values Plant life far above any other.
Their motives line up unusually well for Batman villains, who rarely agree on anything more than "Batman sucks," yet I can't find any mention of the two working together.

I've never seen the pair together,
but if DC ever put them on a team, it'd make a lot of sense.
