OK! Here is ze deal.
It would be too much 'a Burden for any one person to control ze entire guild alone.
THUS, I create ze Rankings Chart, to post who holds what Title.
Most of ze positions vill be filled by ze Vices, given decent/Tol titles, zen put incharge of somezing gut.
SO, Vhy only Vices?
Because zey vouldn't be Vices ozervize! Some of ze titles shall be handed to exceptional Crew and extrodanary Memberz.
FINALLY, How doez zis work?
Very Vell, by giving ze titles to people of exceptional importance and reliability, zey vill get done!
PS, It is very difficult to understand this, i know, its equally difficult to exchange the th- and w- with z- and v- and still keep it in context of word.
