Ok so latley I have had a speit of reaccoring dreams always the same with a little new bit adding on to the dream occasionally, do you think this is possibly a ghost trying to get in contact or just an overactive imagination.

Your spirit guide may be trying to communicate with you.
Try viewing the contacting spirits thread, and see if you get anything.
If not, maybe your regressing to a past life without intending to. Your subconscious might keep going back to show you some important details to help you in this life.

I won't post the dream at this point, or date, I may do so later on since I have recently discovered that a key place and character in said dream are near by to me and I've been monitioring the abndoned facility and speaking with the girl.

By the way, someone's going to ask you out soon! It's not anyone from the guild either. I think It'll be someone from your work, a highschool, or a college. She seems to be about your age and I get the feeling she wants something from you. You know her when you see her, she'll be giving you literal puppy dog eyes. If it doesn't happen, sue me...it's my dream!

I'm no psychic. And I'm certainly not talking about any romantic love. Though for anyone to be so callused as to suggest that they can't be loved, is certainly proof enough that you aren't ready to be loved in the romantic sense.
I'm talking about the pure stranger to stranger. Family member to family member love. Or the love between friends. The fact that there are strangers who love you for the fact that you are a person capable of great things.
You are loved. And I will speak no more on this subject.
