You might not think of this as an unsolved mystery, but it is to me.
I used to have mountain-brown eyes and now their some kind of off-brown/slash greenish mix. The other day I noticed a black ring around them. My bf said this could've been from lack of sleep. I'll admitt that until lately, I hadn't been getting alot of sleep. So, I slept some more and soon after the ring was almost gone...and now it's back. It's been two days. A ring around the coloring of the eye back in two days?
I'm thinking it's just some kind of sleep-deprivation coming back to haunt me, or it's just what happens when I see too much. I have been trying to work on that alot lately.
At any rate, it's either one or the other. What does the guild think?
Also, I still want to know how you knew about the yellow-eye thing shadow-san. sweatdrop

If it grows bigger as you practice, then I'd be concerned.
It might be strictly biological.
You have been seeing a lot lately, so maybe there is a link.
Only more time can tell.

I doubt it's supernatrual or paranormal result, but the fact you have a black ring around your eeys could be a sign of animalistc nature, I have been told that when My nager is at it's peak well most of my emotions really my eyes go like a wolves eyes.

Well...
What I think is maybe it is a lack of sleep.
But since it came back two days like you said,
maybe it could be animalistic nature.
I saw my friend had cat like eyes
and I didn't notice it before ti'll later on.
Maybe your like an owl. O__O

Well, I think you are all right about the animalistic nature, possibly not the owl..since I like to think of them as hawk eyes...but it'd still be fun to stand on a tree telling the world I don't give a "hoot".

Sometimes, people's eyes change colour.
Mine used to be bright green, and as I got older they changed to an almost grey colour. I think it's because my dad has grey-ish blue eyes and my mother has green eyes. Thus, I get light greenish grey eyes.
However my eye colour also tends to change when I feel strong emotion, and they get grey-er if I see something spontaneously or if I've recently overworked myself with my various gifts and other work that I do on a non-physical level. So it could be that your eye changes are related to that.
My brother definitely seems to think that it is because you are doing a lot of work that you weren't previously used to. As you get used to it, it should go back to normal, if it doesn't it could be cause for concern.
