Music is an art form whose medium is sound organized in time. Common elements of music are pitch which controls melody and harmony, rhythm and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation, dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture.
so pretty much anything that that is time limited and is created through sound is music then correct? yes or no
this being that people who say rap isnt music are completely wrong(i dont like rap, though a small few songs strike my fancy) and people who say rock isn't music are completely wrong(yes there are idiots who say that).
what i'm asking is Lemmy or God and do you think this definition of music is correct?
