Are the pop up ads that I am seeing after I post a reply new??
Or, am I just noticing them for the first time??
What is your opinion about them??
I was amused when I posted an answer to one of the games that included the phrase "dining out". When the box came up that I had posted successfully the pop up was for Domino's Pizza. Not my idea of "dining out". rofl

I am not really having a bad time with them anymore. There is something in your settings about having pop-ups in the preferences.

I have Adblock Plus in Firefox, and I don't think I've ever seen a popup on Gaia. eek

I'm using Maxthon which has a pop-blocker in it, all other ads appear as 'blocked ad'... I love this cuz I hate pop-ups (they slow down my comp way too much)

Every once in a while I get a pop up when I use Firefox. My explorer I have a anti-ad on.

A couple of weeks ago I allowed Pop-ups on gaia, due to the Gaia Instant Messaging being blocked all the time. As I search the site, my page would suddenly go to a porn site on me! DX So I just gave up and put the pop-up blocker again so save the trouble.

I never get them on Gaia.
To stop pop ups...
Fire Fox:
Tools>options>content>check box that says block pop ups
Internet Explorer
Tools>pop up blocker> choose block pop ups
And of course you all know its a must to have some kind of Virus protection
I had blue on for spirit week but I got ants in my pants to change my ava around. gonk Maybe I'll switch back tomorrow.

I have adblock plus so I don't see any pop-ups. Actually, I haven't seen any popups at all on gaia.
