Cultured Tuna Sandwich

What you need:
Preferable pancake pan, or a flat pan
Cutting board
Knife
Container to marinate tune
Ingredients:
Crispy salad
1 – 2 slices tuna steaks that you can buy at your supermarket (I hope)
1 bush of coriander
1 bush of flat leaf parsley (or just any parsley will do)
1 bush of Celery (the herb)
1 lemon
Your choice of bread (Not sliced bread, think of French Bread)
For the sauce:
2 tablespoon yoghurt
4 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon Soy-sauce
1 Chilli pepper, removed of seeds and finally chopped
What to do:
A.)
1.) Put the tuna steaks in a container. Then finally chop all three herbs and put it with the tuna. Squeeze the juice of the lemon so that it covers the tuna on both sides and let it marinate for 5 – 10 minutes.
2.) Drizzle a little bit of oil on the pan, place it on the heat source till its really hot.
3.) Once really hot, place the marinated tuna (herbs and all) on the pan and count to 10, flip it over and count to 10 again.
4.) Let the tune cool and slice it into half an inch in thickness.
B.)
5.) Mix the mayo and the yoghurt with the soy-sauce and finally chopped chilli pepper (Tip: Use bell pepper finally chopped in place of chilli if your not a spice lover)
6.) Cut open your choice of bread and place a thin layer of salad, 3 slices of tuna; sprinkle some herbs used in marinate and finish it with a dollop of the spicy sauce.
