What you need:
Small bowel
Ingredients:
Grannetapple
Rocket salad
Your favourite dressing
What to do:
1.) Grab a handful, or just enough of Rocket salad to fit comfortable into the small bowl, try not to bruise or crush the leaves.
2.) Cut open the Grannetapple and scoop out the red jewels, sprinkle a few of the jewels onto the salad and let the ruby juice drip over it.
3.) Add the dressing as last and serve. Recommendation: a herb dressing, Italian or natural.
