If you already have a child, what did you name him/her? If you're expecting, what are your ideas for names? What made you select the name(s) you did? What were some names you liked but did not choose?
Me, I'm currently around 21 weeks preggy and I'm considering boy names. I have a list that I just keep adding to.

Some of the names Nick and I are considering include:
Kyan Davis Roland
Soren Michael Roland
August River Roland
Jonas Carwyn Roland
Other names we really like are Sterling, Hawthorn, Tobin, November, Finnian, Kelan, Brannon... we combine all the names in different orders (including the full names at the top) to see what we really like. As you notice, we like more obscure names, almost all of which were picked by their meaning. If you have any suggestions, feel free to mention them to myself or neekolas. We won't decide for SURE until our baby is born... we want to get to know him a little more before we pick.

Well, when my ex and I were together we decided we wanted an Irish name (he is pretty much all Irish and I have Irish in me as well)...so i went searching and found a few, but I had always liked the name Ethan...as for the middle name (Michael) it is a 'family name'...

we've always had our littel family planned out since we were like....14 lol
our daughters name we have though, is katen elizabeth rose.
and...her name was always kate..just...kate elizabeth rose didn't quite sound right, we needed another syllable. Katen means little kate in dutch so it fit ^.^ We call her kate though. only katen if shes in trouble lol
our next ...will either be nathan or hannah..which were working on right now ^.^
nathan christopher josiah(josiah is my husbands middle name)
or hannah ...which im still working on her middle names 4laugh
really its always been picked by how we liked how it sounded and what seemed right.
now if we have more...we really like the name dustin for a little boy or jackson..(not because of hannah montana though)
if we have more girls ill have to realy think about it.

we named our first mackenzie kyra. it was going to be mackenzie or makayla. then my sister told us we couldn't use mackenzie. lol. oh she is 3 now.
our son is dakoda riley. hubby has always liked the name dakoda. i chose the middle name cuz it means valiant. he will be 1 in 2 months. goll they grow fast.
we don't have any plans to get pregnant for a couple of years. but if we have another girl we will name her morgan more than likely. we don't have any other boy names picked out yet.

My daughter's name is Lydia June.
My god sister (who's due in four weeks) is naming her son Logan Michael.
My good friend (Who's due in March) is naming her daughter Devyn.
&& my cousin (Who's also due in March!) is naming his son Braydon Michael.
I do love baby season!

Me and my boyfriend finally found out that we are having a baby girl. Her name is goinng to be
Amanda Jean , because Jean is my middle name.
