I myself am Monel, doh wink 23 years old and am a formour sous-chef and last working tittle of chef de patisserie, in other words I specialize in desserts though I can do anything I put my mind to.

I love cooking, and I cook anything without a recipe. I hope to start using those soon though, since I hear they make food taste more consistent every time you make it.
I hope to eventually write down some things and share my Wisconsin food-things with yall.

Hi! The name's Amanda. I've been in the in the food industry for about 10 years now.
I'm 21 years old and currently a culinary student. I also am a line/prep cook at Eton's and actually also in charge of front of the house as well.
In about 2 more weeks I will be a line cook in L'Ecole, bouncing through all the stations.
I love food and I love to cook.
Hope to share some great recipes with everyone!

I am a 35yr old Puerto Rican/Sicilian, so cooking is in my blood.
Right now I'm just a home cook, but soon my DH will be backing my restaurant.
When we open, you all will have to come out to Seattle and eat!!

hey everyone,im jana(jane) but you can call me ryu or riyu. I really like to cook,though im an amateur and i love to do things "my own way" you know,sometimes waaaay too different from recipes or creating my own cold cuisine food recipes the time im making it. well i also love to eat food XD. That means different cuisine,but the most i like is asian - prefering chinese and japanese cuisine,then it is some kinds of western c. like french and italian. Well i can eat almost every meal though i love lots of vegetables, meat,fish ,rice, fruits, and sweets of course.
well thats for introduction i hope its not saying:i love to eat i love to eat bwahahah,though its true :3
