I'm very curious who would play him and how they would modernize his costume.
There are rumors about Johnny Depp, but they haven't even gone into preparations for the movie yet, so that stuff isn't true.
Christopher Nolan recently decided he'd continue, hah.

Though I'm worried they'd destroy her again...
So far I haven't approved of any of the live action versions of Catwoman
But if they do the Riddler they really should get Johnny Depp

If they do Catwoman, I hope they do a dark-haired one.
... I don't know, I just always thought it suited her, and in most comics she is.

Those Johnny Depp rumors first called for the Mad Hatter, then somehow that crossed into the Riddler, but in truth Depp's playing the Mad Hatter in the upcoming Tim Burton film about Alice in Wonderland.
At this moment I've heard many rumors about the next film. I don't trust any of them because it's still too early to tell.

If they Do Riddler I just hope and pray he doesn't suck as bad as Jim Carrey did. And as for the costume~ They should base it on the comics and make it look really good

I agree, Austin.
My choice for Riddler would be Johnny Depp or David Tennant (even though I don't like Dr. Who, lol).
A classic suit with a bowler hat and cane would be good. They'd probably want to use a much darker green, though, so it doesn't look as campy.
One costume gone wrong was Uma Thurmon's as Poison Ivy. D;
BLEGH! That neon green jump suit was scary. If they did a realistic Poison Ivy, I always saw her as having thick, natural red hair (not that pink-ish color in Batman and Robin), and they should put her in a green, "sexy" (you could say) evening gown as if she'd been at a party or a date the night she starts to turn. They could make her skin really pale with a green tint and maybe some veins showing for a realistic effect. Of course they'd put leaves on her and stuff, but how they wound up there, I wouldn't know, haha. She was pretty much Floronic Man's experiment, after all. For who would play her, I'd stick to an older actress (unlike the teen version in "The Batman") because Ivy is mainly a seductress, and people would complain if she was too young. I would choose either Kate Blanchett or Olivia Wilde to play her.
I would say Angelina Jolie would be a perfect Catwoman, but that's just me (and a lot of other people, haha). ;D

Everyone keeps on saying that there's going to be a Harley Quinn in the next one where I live.
But why would they do that?
They already screwed up their chances. They shoulda stuck Harley in the Dark Knight.

They haven't even started script-writing, so it's not true.
Unless someone can pin Ledger's Joker perfectly, there won't be a Harley.

The reason why I want the Joker to have a role again is because I want Harley. D;
I also want to see you (Riddler) also... And Blackmask... And Ivy... And maybe even me. XD Lol. It's too early in the Batman story for there to be a me, though... **sniff** Then again, they could mess with it, of course. People always complain about that kind of stuff, though.

I do think they could've done better with the story, though.
What was a REAL disappointment was "Superman: Doomsday."
More like "Superman VS Clone Guy"!!!!! EPIC. FAIL.
I think they're talking about making a Justice League movie. ;D
If I am not in it and neglected once again, SOMEONE WILL BE IN A WORLD OF HURT 'CUZ BIRDS OF PREY WAS EPIC FAIL!!!
