I'm keeping this one brief. I'm currently at an anime convention and haven't got much spare time at home.

Most importantly, kudos to the CG and editing people for their expert use of green screen effects this week. Putting Druitt and Bigfoot, who are played by the same actor, in the same room so intricately and with few flaws was amazing! It took convincing to show my dad that one or the other was superimposed or edited in via green screen. The perspective, lighting and everything were all perfect. I take my proverbial hat off to the effects people. Now I wish I had a real one on for this...

I have an inherent dislike of cliffhangers, though some are necessary, and I'm able to tolerate this one, but it still seems like the cut was made at a bad point. I sense that some plot-type bombshells rather than those germy metal ones are set to be dropped on us next time and it occurs to me that the cliffhanger could have involved a better one. I have my suspicions about the two previously-unseen members of this expedition group (and one of them isn't always seen). I'm thinking that length of story forced this cut and it seems to be showing. The hurdle added on at the end seemed forced.

That's really all I have to say so far. With this being a two-part story I'll write the other half next week. Until then, I'd like to see some other opinions here.
