A third of the population experiences mental illness. Unfortunately, suicidal ideation and self injury can be par for the course. When you reach a certain point, it seems like there's nothing anyone can say or do to keep you from harming yourself. This is when you must take serious steps, and I'm here to help you through it.

If you feel an immediate and uncontrollable urge to harm yourself, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER. Answer the door with your hands EMPTY.

If you're an American and you have no access to health insurance, you can STILL receive mental health care through the county. They'll charge you according to your income, or they won't charge you at all if you're too broke to pay. You can receive both therapy and psychiatric help. This is just for when you can wait for an appointment, though. If you can't, see above.
