All special jutsu that your char's have go here where they may or may not be accepted. If it hasn't been accepted or if it was declined, you can't use it. These jutsu can only be used by your character and can only be taken by someone else if your character teaches their character how to do it. Also, it will take 8 posts to learn the jutsu, regardless of rank. New jutsu will cost gold, which must be sent to me. Don't donate it to the guild and say you've paid. You can pay after the jutsu is approved, not before. And you can't use the jutsu if it hasn't been paid for yet.

E or D rank jutsu (simple and easy ninja tricks. Not very powerful) 100 gold
C rank (still not super powerful, but effective) 300 gold
B rank (powerful but may have a side effect) 500 gold
A rank (Very powerful with strong side effect) 700 gold
S rank (encreadably powerful and could be considered forbiden depending on what it does) 1000 gold

This is how your jutsu should be filled out. If it's not in this format, I'll ignore it or tell you to fix it.

[b]Discription:[/b] (what it does and looks like)
[b]Weakness:[/b] (all but E and D rank jutsu must have a weakness. It can vary from great to small. Some jutsu may not have to have a weakness, depending on what kind of mood I'm in.)
