It is New Years Day. Happy 2009AD.

But to me its just another day. Although in truth it is really 2013AD, 2014AD, or even 2015AD because the guy who made the calendar we use miscounted a few times so we are really missing a few years from our calendar.

The guy who made it was the brilliant Roman mathmatician who thought, "What the hell? Im going to make a calendar for this new religion and at the same time utterly ******** up every major date in said religion!"

I have some issues with ancient cultures that were not Greece (where Rome got all its cool stuff) and those of Central and South America (who actually had original thoughts. GASP! You mean those barbarians who don't worship a half-naked Jew hanging from a piece of wood can think?! Yes, you Christian imbeciles; they can. Damn the Spaniards for ruining it all...)

Happy number year again. I personally don't care much for the numbers either. It's all relative. The big event for me is Chinese New Year, and that's just because of my relatives.

That sucks! Now I truly don't know the year...but oh well?

There's no compelling evidence that guy even existed. The year doesn't have to mean anything, we just have to start somewhere and stick with it.

The calendary we use has not been in use for 2009 years.

The Native Americans did worship the Christ. At least, early on they did. Namely, those who lived as early as 1000 BC and as late as 400 AD. After 400, the Lamanites had killed all the Nephites who wouldn't deny God and they all became barbarians. But they had been a civil and delightsome people previous to that, especially the generations from AD 34 (when Jesus visited them) to four generations thereafter, when there began to be discord among the people again. Wanna know how I know? Read the Book of Mormon--it's all in there, waiting to be read.
