The wind chill tonight for new year's eve will be minus twenty.
ok, so much for first night, I just lost my holiday spirit.
Can somebody remind me why I ever though the northeast was such a great place?

Because when it's cold we can do fun things, like Skiing, snowboarding, skating, snowball fights, all that wonderful stuff that them silly southerners can't do.
But I agree, at a certain point, it gets ridiculously cold. It's been that way recently. Ironically, new year's eve, my friend and I went outside at liek 11:00 at night and took a walk through the woods. It was so quiet and nice, thoguh I must admit I couldn't feel my fingers when we got back ^^

Yeh I like the woods in the moonlight.
And I am leading some people ice fishing this weekend which is fun if you have decent shelters.
But tomorrow night and Thursday night they say the wind chill will be MINUS FORTY!
That's so cold it's where Celsius and Fahrenheit meet!
I'm gonna stay inside, make a fire, and have my big Husky sit on my lap.
