Sometimes when I'm chatting with friends, the topic of pets comes up. I never know what direction the topic will go because of the nature of human conversations.
I thought maybe starting a thread with a short statement or fact about a pet, and then having the next poster respond to that statement or fact with whatever pet topic comes to their mind.
Any pet discussion qualifies.
STARTING NOW:
Winter is tough on my dog because it gets so cold outside that her old legs begin to stiffen and she wants to go inside to warm up on her blanket.
Then, within an hour or so, she sits near the outside door that has glass in it, and stares outside longingly. I bundle up, we go outside, then the poor dog needs to get indoors again. I will be glad when spring rolls around again.
seems like your dog needs a timetable... set times on when he goes out, so he knows what he can expect and dont have to wait and be obliveous anymore. better for you, much better for dog.
Even when he doest want out at that time you set, kick him lol! then he will learn and wont be camping nervously at your door anymore for lots of times.
