Sitting on the sidewalk,
Sitting in the sun,
Waiting,

To make this waiting,
Waiting, some fun.

A cloud passes over head,
Reminding me of a time,
Time long ago,
When you were sitting by my side,
When you were holding me,
And I begin to cry.

Raindrops fall,
All around.
Thunder crashes,
With a howling sound.
Looking to the sky,
Lightning flashes by,
As I remember,
Remember that day,

You said good bye.

The shadows length,
In the rain,
They merge together,
In the city terrain.
Lights turn on,
People head home,
But I continue sitting.

xD Yeah, not really one of my best, but one of my favorite none the less. And the only one I could remember for some reason last night. Here are some of my more well-known ones;

Own Little Rain Cloud

I bite my lip,
And close my eyes,
As you tell me,
Not to lie.
You say you want the truth,
But I can hear you pain.
I look up,
As my personal little cloud,
Begins to rain.

I've told you the truth,
A dozen times,
But every time I know,
You think it's a lie.
I don't blame you,
Just as you don't blame me,
But I want you to believe,
Me when I say;

That everyday I wake up,
My first thought is of you,
And even as I dream,
You are the only thing I ever see.
