How about every one starts out in jail, and they can pay a bail or someone can help break them out, but only 3 people can be broken out at once, and you have to wait about two days before braking out again, to be sent to jail, Batman has to capture/defeat you. All villainy is done in Gotham City Battles. And theree could be some way to get money, by like robbing. And everyone starts out with $50 which is maybe the bail.

I'm not sure how well that would work out, but it's certainly worth a shot.

I was on a Batman RP sight where we had an internment rule like that one, only you had to spend a day in Arkham as opposed to two days.
This is just gonna make people angry and limit our RP possibilities. Better off not imposing this kind of rule.

This rule is a bit iffy. It needs to be expanded upon, and it will most likely end up as being too complex what with money, the issue of time, and the mere fact that no one wants to be restricted. To escape, you just have to Role play how you get out. If you restrict people, then you merely anger them.
Trust me on this one, the less rules the better. Just make sure the main rules are clear and cannot be jumped around.
This type of rule is just asking for trouble.

Ok, this rule would be better if the whole guild was an RP, as in the guild was like Gotham, and everything posted except for in the main forum was RP.

I think it is best we don't force anything like this until we have to. We're still too fresh to start something like this.

Maybe we could set up an RP sub-forum or two, in which we could enact these ideas, instead of trying to make everything but the main forum RP. This way, you have some dedicated place within the forum to RP, without messing with the different sub-forums that have already been established.
Actually, one sub-forum would be enough, with four topics within to represent:
Wayne Manor/The Bat Cave (Batman/Alfred/Robin/Batgirl plus guests)
The Gotham City Police Department HQ (Batman/Robin/Batgirl/Gordon plus any villains that have just been captured, efore they go to Arkham)
Arkham Asylum (villains plus Batman/Robin/Batgirl, if they need to talk to a villain currently locked up. I believe that villains who are captured should be required to stay in Arkham for one day. If they stay longer, that's on them.)
Gotham City proper (where the heroes and villains can interact with each other. Here, villains can commit crimes and heroes can try to catch them. FUN!
