Thank you so much for bringing this topic up! ;D
I think that there may be something between them. In TDDDDI, Leshawna said she wasn't all that into Harold, and who knows? Heather might evolve into a nice person and give someone like Harold a chance!
Plus, she pretty much has no other friends- somebody's gotta love her, right? :3

I think it would be fun if Leshawna realized that she did have feelings for Harold and she and Heather fought over him. That would be fun. eek
