I'm sick and tired of hearing all day long "OOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGGG Edward is sssssssooooooooooooo ccccccccccuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuttttttttttttttteeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" you fangirls need to settle the ******** down! I didn't mind it when the movie first came out but that was quit some time ago, you can shut up now. But it's not just Twilight fans that do this sort of thing, I can't tell you how many times I have seen/heard people raving about Naruto or Bleach. I know these are very good manga and anime, I enjoy them too, but enough is enough! After so long the flare of it sorta dies out and you're not helping by screaming "NarutoxSasuka"/"IchigoxRenji" in my ear. It's been like what a year or so now? so shut the hell up! we've already read a million of your Yaoi fanfics, or crappy RPs. Not to mention that most of you don't know s**t about the show! but you like to yell random "facts" about the characters that you learned from you friend whom read the Japanese version and has "spoilers galore" that he made-up because he knew you are to stupid to realize that he's can't even read Japanese!

I actually refuse to watch Twilight and Naruto, just because of all of the fan girls/boys that make things so much more epic then they need to be. People need to start living their lives more realistic versus crying over some dumb, glamorized, over rated imaginary story. Seriously people; THEY ARE NOT REAL! They will never be real no matter how much you want it to happen! If you want an awesome adventure like theirs take 5 hits of acid and go for a walk in the woods. You will find yourself an adventure! Probably one of the best one's you've had!

Jacki Kane I actually refuse to watch Twilight and Naruto, just because of all of the fan girls/boys that make things so much more epic then they need to be. People need to start living their lives more realistic versus crying over some dumb, glamorized, over rated imaginary story. Seriously people; THEY ARE NOT REAL! Probably one of the best one's you've had! My mini rant. xd Yeah, I kinda had a similar experience in my love of punk and its influence on my music. I just kinda snapped out of it. Okay, maybe that's not really similar to this. Worse still I had an ex that said I "was" Edward, as in saying I was like him. I shudder at the thought now, but it was cute then. She liked the books well before this recent influx of popularity. Meh. I am tired... I think I may die soon. As in sleep, friends.

I read/saw twilight. The books were amazing. However, it is definatly bringing down the book. The movie was.... uhm.. ok I guess. When I went to the movie people screamed when Edward came out confused
The book is actually good but being brought down by all the stupid fan girls.
I think they are just surprised that when they read the book they could use there imagination to make the person look how they want!

Yes, I am a huge Twilight fan myself but I think showing your fandom in that kind of matter is just disgraceful. Take this picture for instance:
It makes me wince. I think that Robbert Pattinson is a disgrace to Edward and all the Cullens. I rather prefer Jasper and Emmett.

Back in the day Jesus fanboys took their roleplaying to the streets. Burned heretics, witches and blasphemers, controlled government and royalty through their faith, went on Crusades... Nowadays we're reduced to people writing Yaoi, fanfics, drawing art, writing songs, making movies... Ahh... When fandom used to make a difference...
Note: Though I get led astray here and there, and find myself coming back to repent, I identify myself as a Christian. I however believe firmly we must learn to laugh at ourselves if we're to ever have a greater understanding of life and its mysteries. Life's too short to be serious all the time.

I read all of the Twilight books, and hated every single one of them. All the books are constant fanfictions extended over hundreds of pages. They don't deserve al the attention they get.

I think that all of the fans have a right to over exagerate if they want. I personally haven't seen the movie but I heard it was all right.
And hey if ya don't like the fan noobies... walk away. It's a free country and you don't have to stay anywhere you feel uncomfortable, And for those of you who are tired af being called a look alike, no one is making you dress or color your hair or wear the same makeup as the movies, why not make up a new look of your own?
And that concludes my rant against the rant of thoses who dont like fangirls and do nothing about it lol

But like this one time at DragonCon last year. I can be rather excitable from time to time in rublic, sure. But I was at the Gaia convention ZOMG demonstration thing, right?
I turn to my friend rather calmly say something about Fruits Basket. ''Yeah, I'd like to see more items from FB on my avatar...''
And some girl with short brown hair, dark emo-glasses and a Momo hat of some sort wheels on heel around with eyes as wide as freakin' planets.

......and these are reasons why I quit going to sleep overs so much as a child. As we got older...they just got squealier and louder.

I was excited as hell to learn of Lord of the Rings films being made after having read the books oh... eight or nine years ago. But my joy was mostly kept inside, except I laughed, smiles, and my eyes lit up with a certain glow to them. That I can assure you of. I know when that sort of thing happens. Nothing compared to the behaviour of these fangirls though. I may spend some time soon watching all three extended editions in a day. Perhaps this Sunday aye.
