My favorite year of gaming is in the "16-Bit Era".
But however, everybody considered 2007 the best years of gaming... well to me, it kinda was, but at the same time, I think that time was just to overrated.

I kind of like the modern PC games I see now. I only have a PC and a PSP to rely on for gaming, so most of my major gaming is done on my laptop PC. I really enjoy the 3D environments like what I saw when I was playing City of Heroes/Villains. Also the character customization you see with modern MMO's is great.

I would have to say the era of the 16-bit SNES is my absolute favorite era of video games, that era has some of the greatest RPGs I've ever played like Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, and RoboTrek.

its a tough one, while i started with 8 bit nintendo and that is my roots right their i had alot of very fun gaming time on 16 bit snes it would be between snes 16 bit era and the playstation 1 32 bits i believe no game library in my opinion is more extensive and has more quality games that provide fun and many hours than the playstation 1 which speaking of sony even ps2 had quite the extensive variety but I still overall say ps1 is my number one...
