"Woah..." Zelly said as she stepped out of the portal next to Nerd as it closed up behind her. "I dont know what i was expecting, but i dont think this is it...." Zelly said looking out over the scene. it looked like Albea, except bigger, barren, run down, deserted, and all together in ruins as it sat on a continent floating in the perpetual darkness of subspace, the occasional cry of wild monsters sounding out.

"Seeing how he's an almighty master elemental spirit and psuedo-god, i'd say he's at the temple..." Zelly said starting to slowly wander through the village.

((ah. right. of course. i should have known after reading a short comic spoofing MGS...))

as they walked along, Zelly kept getting brief and occasional flashbacks, seeing everything as if the village was still populated and bustling. she put a hand to her head and blinked a few times trying to get them to stop as she walked on. "Ugh...The sooner i get out of here the better..."

((dont even think about it...or i'll retaliate with my own unoriginal character... stare ))

"I...must be connected to Shadow more than i thought...I keep getting these weird flashes where every so often, it's like i've been hurled back through time to the pre-ruin era around here...Like im experiencing Shadow's memories of this place, since he's been here for god-knows how long..." Zelly said as they kept walking. "Probably also explains why this place feels familiar and i somehow more or less know where im going..." she said sounding a tad more down at the anti-existance reminder.

"Arent you the one that said i'd have to meet him sooner or later?" Zelly said removing her hand as she looked at Nerd.

Zelly shook her head. "I dont think thats possible...Elemental spirits like Shadow can only exist in a place of whatever element they belong to, but in the purest form possible. For Shadow, the spirit of darkness, it'd be subspace; the spirit of fire would probably be in a volcano somewhere; the spirit of water, at the bottom of the sea, etc." she explained. "I guess he appeared before because i was walking around and could be used as a temporary shell for him..." she said putting a hand to her chest, referencing the orb that rested there. "Once again, more stuff i probably know due to the Borg affect i seem to be getting here..."

Zelly chuckled slightly. "Sorry if that was a bit much...I guess this is going to require some adjustment for me and you."
