The Lord of the Moon is the Head of the Council. She is the strongest of them all and leads them in decision making and fighting. No one is allowed to do anything without her approval. She has the power of the moon. All jutsu that has to do with the moon is under her control, and dont mess with her at night, when the moon is out.

Bio: Much about Kohane is unknown. All that is known is:
Past- She was raised to hate the Jinchuuriki, but somehow joined the Protectors and became the leader at age 13. There are no records of her past life, her parents, or how she gained the Nibi. Its almost as if she one day just appeared.
Present- Kohane is a noble leader. She would die for her subordinates, as well as the Jinchuuriki. Kohane is the youngest and, by a huge gap, the strongest Protector leader. She is normally cheerful and kind, but she can get downright serious if needed.
Other Info: Kohane is having conflicting feelings about one of her subordinates: Shane. She isnt afraid to admit her feelings for him go beyond friendship. The problem is, Protector rules state that a Leader must never, ever involve themselves personally with a subordinate.

The Lord of the Sun is the 2nd in the command of Council. She is the second strongest and helps the Lord of the Moon in decision making. Though, the She cannot do anything major without the Lord of the Moon's permission. Even so, all other lords respect him/her. She has the power of the Sun, and all jutsus that deal with the sun and sometimes fire are under her control. The daytime does not make the Sun Lord stronger; the only time their powers are enhanced is when it is a very sunny day.

Personality: Kin cares about the well-being of the World's people. She love for them to be happy and spirited. She is very rough though, and won't take and crap from you. Biography: Kin was very motherly since her childhood. She was top student in her class,so she became Jounin around 12. She was offered position of being a Kage, but she turned it down to pursue the goal of being Lord of the Sun(or in this case, Lady^^). She is the oldest member of the group, considering the previous Lords have died from the war. Kin cares for Kohane, worried that something could happen to the child in her duties, and Cloud. She would protect all of the Lords with her life if need be. Kin has been around long enough, to know if you're lying to her just by looking at you. She has no want to be a part of the awr, only wanting peace, and is striving to get that. Kin likes to wander around country to country, but stays close to Kohane just in case.
Other: Kin is a secret Uchiha. She has the Sharingan, but will never use it unless absolutely necessary.

The Lord of Light is the 3rd most powerful Lord. he is one of the two Special Guard, which have a bit of authority over the Elemental Council. The Special Guard has the special job, almost like an assassin/ bodyguard. They are the ones assigned on one-on-one missions, unless it is too dangerous. The Lord of Light is specifically assigned to guard and protect the Lord of the Moon from a distance. All jutsus involving light and such are under his/her control.

.::The Lord of Lightning : Tsurugi, Inazuma::..::Elemental Council::.
The Lord of Lightning is the 5th most powerful Lord. Inuzuma is part of the the Elemental Council. Though he is more powerful than the other members of the Elemental Council, the Lord of Lightning does not have authority over any of the other elemental lords; authority wise, the Elemental Council is all equal. All jutsu that has to do with lightning and storms is under his control. Though he is also skilled with Taijustu. He works for Konoha, and has learned to incorporate his summons into combinations with lightning jutsus.

Bio: No one knows anything of Inazuma's childhood, except for himself of course, as all of them are either dead or dieing. At sometime in his life he met Kuchi Inuzuka and became quite good friends, so good in fact that Gin has actually offered to help Kuchi train some of his students. He's a special jonin in the leaf village, for his skill in Taijutsu. He's also a Sensei at the academy and teaches classes in Taijutsu. He also has a giant collection of summoning contract scrolls.

The Lord of Wood is the 6th most powerful Lord and part of the Elemental Council as well. Equal in authority, but higher in strength than the other Elemental Council members, The Lord of Wood has power over jutsus dealing with trees and nature. Do not confuse the Lord of Wood with the Lord of Earth. First off, the Lord of Wood is more powerful. And the Earth Lord controls the earth, rocks and such. The Wood Lord deals with plants and environmental things.

The 3rd member of the Elemental Council, the Lord of Wood is the 7th most powerful Lord. She is skilled with jutsus of the wind and air. Clouds can be whisped out of nowhere, and a breeze blown at her command. Miku has special talent with her voice, and uses an enchanted microphone to attack. As a result, the wind is controled by her songs. An angry song launches offense, while a sad song launches a defence. But Miku can control wind without her voice as well, whipping up constant storms here and there.

Bio:
Miku was raised in the Storm Village, where there were many, well, storms. Winds were always blowing, and Miku always loved to be outside to feel the breeze. Miku was also a talented singer, and had been singing since she had learned to speak. Her parents were middle class, and the three of them lived together in a nice hut with ample food and supplies. She was one of the lucky ones in the time of Shinobi, and many people envied her. Miku was attractive, and her unique hair color brought other girls to envy and tease her.
One day, when Miku was 12, a few jealous teenage girls decided to play a trick on her. It was meant to scare her, but Miku ended up losing her beautiful voice. Sadened into depression, Miku barely ate or slept, she didn't go to school or home. Miku spent her time on the edge of a cliff staring out into the world. Then the wind 'spoke' to her and said. "I can offer you your voice. In return, you will train hard and master me, so that I'll be freed from my bonds with the sky." Miku wanted her voice more than anything, so she agreed. After many years of training, Miku was able to sing, and command wind with her voice.
At the age of 16, Miku was asked to join the Lord of Shinobi, as the Lord of Wind. Because she had such skill, Lady Kohane of the Moon requested it herself. Miku was honored, and agreed. Miku now roams the land, helping people in need and perfecting her jutsus with the wind.

The Lord of Water is the 4th member of the Elemental Council. Being the 8th most powerful Lord, he is not as strong as the rest, but still formidable to any ordinary shinobi. Water and ice jutsu's are under his/her control. Though the Water Lord cannot summon ice, he can summon water, and sometimes freeze it. he is not as skilled with ice jutsu as he is with water, and that is why he is not called the Lord of Water and Ice.

2nd to last in strength, the Lord of Fire is part of the Elemental Council and is ranked 9th. he knows all the abilities of fire jutsu's. In fact, sometimes heat radiates off him/her. Accompanied by a few bits of Light jutsu, the Fire Lord can summon flames as well as flaming animals.

.::The Lord of Earth : Uchiha, Cloud::..::Elemental Council::.
The least powerful and least authoritized Lord, he is the Lord of Earth. As part of the elemental council, Cloud controls rocks, stone and the earth. Much like one of the previous hokages, he can make rock walls rise from the earth and etc. Trees and nature are beyond his calling, as they belong to the Lord of Wood. But even so, with the earth, he can affect the Lord of Woods power, and vice versa. Even though Cloud is the least powerful Lord, he could likely defeat almost any ordinary ninja around.
