This is where the officers meet to discuss what to do in the city as well as meetings for war and strategy. It also contains living areas for all of the officers that live in the city.

Continuing to walk deeper into the city and making various check stops with the guards throughout the city, Yue finally made her way into the outer courtyard of the castle. Noticing the many guards that lined the path to the castle doors, she made her way cautiously towards the inner courtyard; Armed men had always made her nervous. ~To think they really did send me. What were they thinking!? I can't even get enough courage to face someone in battle.~ Finally coming into the inner courtyard the doors slammed shut behind her. Squeaking just a bit, Yue continued to stroll uneasily towards the Kings Hall.

Upon entering the King's Hall, Yue looked around nervously and started to wring at her hands. Walking down this magnificent hall made her fell unworthy to be chosen for such an honor, sure she had the highest charm among the delegates from Yu-Min, but could she really serve the King himself?
Nearing the Throne noticed that the King was not present, instead an adviser to his majesty came forth, a eunuch, and spook with a haughty tone, " You must be the minstrel from Yu-Min that the guards are whispering of," he shot a glare at one of the guards, who looked away bashfully, "You must forgive his majesty, for he is not present at the time."
"Oh, no, your honor, forgive my untimely appearance, I should have know that the Highness was out.", Yue said with a bow starting from the waist made so that she could see only his shoes.
Pleased with the humble-ness the minstrel showed, the adviser softened his tone, "Non-sense, child, His Highness is at the training grounds. If you just go the way you came and head south from the market place you will find the training grounds. Quite a magnificent piece of land, you can't miss it."
Ushering Yue out to the training grounds, the adviser smiled warmly.
~The training grounds!? They expect me to fight!?~ Dread and embarrassment filled Yue as she made her way towards the outer courtyard.

"Gah I cannot believe that you had yet once again had beaten me in the sparring ring" Whun had been sulking once again to himself, his eyes filled with rage, he gripped the hilt of his sword with such force his knuckles had turned white, his red hair resembled that of a lion now, for it was messed up but strangely it had still kept its beautiful flowing pattern. His whip was attached to his hip. He was in front of his brother now trying not to look at his face, in fear that he would be mocked. He knew his brother had that smug look on his face, 'Damn him...' Whun could only say to himself as he pushed open the giant double door only to reveal such a tiny woman infront of him. "Eh now whose this?" he said his hand quickly grasping his hilt now ready to draw his weapon.
Shang had been walking behind his brother listening to his ranting on how, he should have been more prepared of the strike that had temporarily knocked him out. "Well..." All he said as his brother began to push open the door, tensing almost immediately, Shang looked over his 'younger' brother's shoulder only to see a small female. "Calm down Whun... There's no need to ready yourself for everything that breaths..." He said walking past him and the female making his way into the throne room. Turning around once he was far enough in the room, his eyes traced the figure of the female, taking in note every single detail. She was carrying something wooden... A weapon...? No if it were it was none that could be called to his recollection on the wide variety of weapons that he knew... He saw something shine, it was strings she had a instrument...? He remembered his advisor telling something about someone meeting him today... He had dismissed it for his brother wanted to spar.
"Well then..." He said after the pause he had taken, "How may I help you...?" He said slowly as he was not properly introduced with her. Whun gripped his sword, "He asked you a question" he said as he took a step closer, "Calm down brother..." Shang said with a smile, "Forgive him, he is just upset for what had happened earlier this morning... Have you eaten?" he asked as he waved his hand summoning a servant, he nodded as one of the guards had told what Shang had just said. The servant ran towards the kitchen immediately.

Having been startled by the larger man with perfectly flowing red hair...~wait a minute perfect?~ Yue raised a tentative hand and began to stutter, " I-i---i--y-- Yue." Realizing that she had been stuttering, Yue gathered all the sound called charms that the delegates had chosen her for. Bringing her stature up a little and lowering her hand she began to bow.
After bowing respectively to both she began to speak, though she was still a little frightened, "I am Yue, the minstrel of the port town Yu-Min. I have been chosen to represent the town by the delegates. We strongly request that you lighten the tax on the incoming fish because the resent intake has been slow lately." Having told her reason for being here, she took a deep breath and released.
"Oh, Your Highness, please don't waste your food on me. I have already eaten on the travel here." Bowing respectively once again, Yue began to grow weary of the large man next to her king. Seeing as that she requested that the tax be lightened, she had a feeling the brute wasn't going to be too happy about it.

Shang tilted his head to one side, "You come from Yú Mín hm?" he asked with a smile, then she had serious matters for they had to get her to speak with him... "The taxes are to high..?" He asked to himself quietly and then looked at Whun, who had the same facial expression. "Well of course, I want my people happy, and if we need a cut on taxes on the demand of fish so we shall... However that shall mean we must extend a hand of trading rights with Chu... Their queen was reasonable at the last imperial meeting that we had... Yue the Minstrel, Go with Whun and travel to Chu, only take personal body guards, I do not want to send the wrong message... And request trading rights... We do not need them but we still do need stock up for the future in case... Whun bring five hundred gold bars with you, in case she needs some compensation..." He said slowly and smiled.
When the girl had explained herself Whun burst out laughing, They had elected her a puny girl to speak to the king...? Then the matter had been pleaded, his face became serious, he did love all of Tian from the peasants to the lords. He looked at his brother, just then his brother had spoke so elaborately that he just listened, then he had his orders. "Yes brother, May I suggest we also extend a hand in trades with Han?" he asked his head lowered and his fists in front of him. "I shall go to Han myself... I shall bring an officer with me as well... Whun be careful..." He said as he patted his brother's beefy shoulder.

'Hu Lei bless it,' An Jie swore in her head to an elven goddess, pulling a spare blanket that was lying on her bed to cover her eyes. The curtains had move just the right amount, the sun welcomed itself into her room, and shone right on her face, into her eyes to be specific. She moved a little, trying to find another comfortable position. Such a thing was futile, she was already awake, there was no going back to sleep now. A deep sigh was followed by all the covers flying off her small body. She flipped her legs up, and stood. She wabbled for a second, then grabbed the wall to keep her balance. 'Can't a person get sleep after getting home?' She swore again, and got dressed. Her knees complained loudly, her neck ached, all result of a week long trip to Kǎi Tiě Jiang. Her hair was last, and carefully brushed.
She made her way around the castle, idly wondering how her troops were. She noted that she would check on them later. It was not long before she came across a woman, the King, and Whun, the Kings brother. She bowed carefully, and stopped to listen.

Shocked, Yue took a step backwards. ~To Chu!?...with this brute....the unspeakable. Unthinkable things he would do... oh, the mystics be pleaded.~ Becoming aware of her situation, Yue quickly began to plead, "My Lord, would you not have a more experienced councilman go to Chu and request aid? Surely, they would not listen to me. I am merely the songstress of a fish village." Cringing at the harsh words she had used for her town, the evidence of her love for the people was evident on her face. Carefully analyzing her current predicament, Yue noticed the choice of words her lord had chosen. ~Future needs? The land is prosperous enough...~

Being offended by this Whun glared at her. "A brute!?" He said loudly, "I'll let you know I am Warlord of Tian!" He said loudly grasping his sword tighter now, "I have more political influence then you! I have been to battles an-" "Enough Whun!" Shang snapped and stared at his brother. "Go with Yue, Take this..." He reached into his robe and pulled out a small golden emblem. "This is my seal, Whun hold on to it, this resembles that I have put my power into your words Yue, Whun you are to protect her, she is the delegate of Tian!" He snapped, "And Yue do not get Whun mad... He is a teddy bear once you get to know him" "SHANG!?" Whun cried out. Shang just laughed, just then he noticed the Jie had finally awoken. "Ahh Jie, this is perfect... I hope you have slept well from your journey from Kǎi Tiě Jiang, But I have another mission to attend to, and since you are the first one awake, I pray you accompany me to the kingdom of Han."
Whun pocketed the seal and glared and Yue now, she had greatly offended the Grand General in front of his face, even though she may not know whom he was she still offended him. His red eyes glared at her with such loathing, yet there was sadness... Did he really come off as a beast...? He was a wild child, but he was no monster... Shaking his head, his hair flowed from side to side. "Brother, I shall not fail you... Trust in me, I shall meet you back here as soon as he complete the deal... You!" Whun called across the room, "Prepare fifty men, and three carriages divide the gold equally between those carriages and get my ship ready, we sale to Chu as soon as we can!" He said leaving the room, grabbing Yue's hand so that she had no chance to run away.
Shang looked at Jie now and smiled, "Shall we?" He asked as he lead the way down the opposite way, he was walking towards the stable already, to pick his beautiful white mane. It was a gift from the eastern cousins, the pure bread white stallion was a treasured gift. "Now..." He said slowly as he waved his orders around. "Jie how is Kǎi Tiě Jiang? I do pray the mines are bountiful.

An Jie cringed, to say such things, she had a distinct feeling that this woman would not make it to Chu and back without a scratch. Being completely honest to herself, Whun scared even her. She nodded her head, acknowledging that she would happily go. She stood and listened until the pairs split, and she followed Shang.
"Your highness, Kǎi Tiě Jiang is doing well," she said, keeping a stride behind the King, "Aye, the mines are producing well, above schedule even. They say the year is going to be excellent." She smiled, glad that she could deliver such good news. "If I may ask, what are we traveling to Han for?" She said her words carefully, so she wouldn't insult Shang, "If it is on peaceful grounds, I ask that my troops be rested here while we go, they are quite weary of travel." As always, her troops came first.

Giving a slight scream when Whun grabbed for his sword, Yue quickly jumped back up into a defensive position, but her footing failing her as she had jumped unto the edge of a step. Yue heard a laugh ~It must have been my tumble...~ Yue carefully picked herself up from her tumble not looking anywhere but at the large man. Had she looked around, she would have noticed the elf, as Mystics know fondly of these creatures.
Noticing the sadness in the man's eyes, Yue felt slightly less threatened by this...brute. In this moment, she began to come back to her senses and pay more attention to her lord. ~Did he call me a Delegate of Tian?~
Yue was pulled from these thoughts as she was dragged towards the docks. Quickly becoming fearful again, Yue calmed herself and wrenched her hand from Whun. Whun quickly turned and faced her anger seething on his face. Hesitantly, she tried her best to sound respectable, "Unhand me. I am perfectly fine of walking on my own."
Brushing past Whun, she made her way quickly towards the docks. However, she noticed some of the servants struggling to carry the gold and quickly rushed to their aid.At her help, the servants quickly brightened and seemed to work with less struggles with smiles on their faces; the first smiles they had given in months.
((The "~" are her inner thoughts, I'll make then a different color so they aren't confussed with her speech, the mistake is ok, so don't change anything I already worked off it razz razz ))

Shang smiled and nodded, "Then all is well..." He said as he paused in the hall ways. "Well... I do need to extend the olive branch to the other nations... It is only time that blocks us from running out of room here... I must do whats best for my people and begin to search for lands on where we can expand... It was timely that Yue had brought up the the fishermen are doing poorly this year..." He said frowning. "Jie... I fear war is amist... If not just for Tian... But soon the imerpical order shall crumble under the fall of the different kings..." He said as he began walking again. "I do not wish way apon anyone.... But if we must... If I must... I shall go to any lengths in order to make my people happy..." He said with a smile, as she then asked about her troops. "But of course they may stay... Unless you cannot spare fifty men as our escort." He said with a gentle smile so that it may not send any fear across to her. Brushing his blue hair, it was not as beautiful as Whun's but it was more neat and clean. Shang placed his hand on his spear, that was strapped onto his back, "However... Even though we are at a time of peace... Not everyone is peaceful... I do pray however that the king of Han will accept our deal trading agreements... If not we must take land in the southern jungles so we may have a access point into the mainlands..." He said thinking out loud... His Grand Advisor was missing... When he needed him/her most... [[Xaiver is one of them xD but hes to busy to make a profile]]

"I see," she said, she had observed also, that as time past, the cities were only getting more crowded, and the country side was faintly disappearing as it surrendered land for growing towns. It was not long before the whole of Tian would likely revolt. She cringed at the idea of a war and a revolt at the same time. "Such a thing would be devastating, my lord. I understand now. And consider the soldiers already ready." She looked across to a stable boy, and bid him over. She sent him off to ready fifty of her soldier. She gave him a soft smile back, entering the stable and looking down the row.
"If I may say sir, it would be smart of Han to accept such an agreement," she said, analyzing the situation, "He must also know that the lands are on the brink of war." She would have to use her best horse for this journey, since the other was likely still resting. She reached her hand out to bid the horse forward and laid a hand on it's nose. "In such a time, I'd say that most people should only be looking for allies, and not making enemies."

Ming Chi was in front of the castle in no time, standing before it's great door and staring up at it with a blank expression. She looked almost bored with that look, but in actuality, she was almost humming with excitement. It had been years since she'd been able to find someone fitting to serve under and here he was, in this castle. Or, well... She was hoping he was in the castle. With no one to serve under, it was almost impossible for her to find someone worthy to fight against.
"You there! What're you doing just standing there?"
Chi's gaze snapped to one of the soldiers who stood guarding the door. He was glaring darkly at her as she stood there, not answering for a moment. She watched as his face slowly changed to one of irritation as he stepped forward, opening his mouth to yell at her again, but she spoke first, "I am Ming Chi, I'm hear to speak with your King about joining his army."
The soldier gave her a skeptical look, letting out a bark of laughter, "You? You think you can join this army?"
Chi's face was suddenly dark as she stared at the man, "I know I can join this army unless your King says otherwise..."
The soldier snorted, but stepped back near the door, waving over a younger boy who was given the message and sent into the castle. The soldier turned back to Chi, crossing his arms, "The King will get your message, for now you will wait here." Chi nodded, though didn't move otherwise.
