Backstory: During the Cold War, both the United States and Soviet Russia conducted various experiments pertaining to psychic or psionic abilities. Both sought to gain the upper-hand in an escalating race to develop the ultimate human weapons.
The United States military developed a secret branch devoted to this purpose, called Mindgate. They then formed a secret task force of psychically-sensitive people, and used them to carry out missions of espionage.
RP Background: This RP will take place several years before the events of the video game, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy.
