Here is the only Academy solely focused on Politics only. As such it allows for much higher learning level and mastery level upon completion or study here. Officers come here with the sole purpose on how to either become governors or just great politicians.

Loa-hu stood outside the academy contemplating if he should go for a class to today or try to earn a little more money so he could finally buy a proper weapon. It was in order for him to go out and find better missions to improve upon his skills, both in battle and politics. This has been his goal for some odd number of years, ‘six.’ Loa-hu thought, ‘But who’s counting?’ Loa-hu may put off his goal as nothing but an ambitious man’s goal but of course it was more than that--- Loa-hu was far from a simple person and he knew it, just like he knew his goal to rise above others in life was more than just a goal. It was in fact his interior being for living, his motto, drive, and his way of life to put it simple. ‘Maybe next time I come back…but I should probably wait on my charge and collect my pay and head for the market.’ Loa-hu decided as he unfolded his wings and slightly bended his knees to push off from the ground. Once air-bourn Loa-hu flapped his wings to hover in place while he decided on where to wait, he knew this may cause looks in his town but he didn’t mind. One other thing Loa-hu liked was making people mad, because they he got to display his skills and shut the poor sucker up. This not only was publicity for his job, but he got to show off as well.
Looking to the top of the building, Loa-hu decided it was the best vantage point to view his customer when he came out, and give him a chance to map out how he would go about doing his job. Which was simple enough…getting this guy to his carriage at the market. “All works in my favor.” Loa-hu said as he landed on the top of the building. “I get my money as well the place I was meant to go.” Loa-hu then sat and waited for the last session of the day to end.
When it ended he saw a plump guy run out, with beads of sweat on his brow. Loa-hu could tell all this because as half angel his senses were slightly stronger then the average human. As Loa-hu observed more, he saw the man looking around frankly, while heading in the general direction of the market. ‘Awe…he’s scared and thinks I didn’t show--- guess I should ease his troubled mind.’ Loa-hu said with a smirk on his face, but didn’t fly down till others started to gather outside making the man more nervous. When a decent enough crowd appeared Loa-hu swooped down gracefully and landed by the man’s side startling him.
“Sorry to frighten you charge…I was just observing you from the roof, laying out my plan for assuring your safe passage to the market. And don’t worry, your enemies won’t try to attack you now that they see me…you just walk a long now and I’ll watch you from the sky.” Loa-hu said as he stepped back from the man bent his knees and jumped into the sky, opening his wings on a gust of wind. When he reached to a height where he could still see the man he hovered there and waited for him to start walking. ‘Easy as moon cakes.’ Loa-hu thought as he watched the man cautiously begin to walk in the direction of the market. ((sorry it took me long to post))
