This is where the officers meet to discuss what to do in the city as well as meetings for war and strategy. It also contains living areas for all of the officers that live in the city.

Meili sighed as she sat, looking out of her window. If only something would happen... maybe something that would force other kingdoms to make an alliance with Chu... then were that to happen I could at least provide Chu with something different. As it is, though, I doubt that I would have the oral confidence to approach anyone to make such an alliance... so there is nothing that can be done about it by me. She was thrown out of her thoughts by what seemed to be footsteps. That's odd... everyone else is gone today... who could that be? Her curiosity aroused, Meili stood up and slowly walked to her door, opening it cautiously. "Is anybody here? Who are you?" she called out.

Meili could feel her eyebrows raising at the woman's fall. For some reason, she doubted that Roselia would attack her, but she still had to question why this woman showed up and was inspecting her castle. "Meili. Why are you here, Roselia? Is there any specific reason?"

Meili sighed internally. This would be a long day... but she might as well try to answer Rozellia's questions. "Yes... this is ChengDu, the capital of Chu. Would you like to come in? Surely it would be more comfortable inside rather than here..." she asked as she took a step to the side, inviting Rozellia inside mainly so that she would not make a bad impression on this wanderer. She knew not of Rozellia's abilities, so it would be foolish to assume that she could afford to make an enemy of her.

Meili nodded as she led Rozellia through the castle until they got to the throne room and she walked slowly to her throne. Meili called to one of the servants to bring a chair for Rozellia as well and only after that had arrived did Meili sit down. "Wait, stay for a few minutes, would you?" she called to the retreating servant, then to Rozellia, "Are you hungry... or something? Also, what brings you to ChengDu?"

Meili nodded and waved the servant away. Her mind immediately went to its strategic side. "So... you wish to assist my kingdom... and how would you do that? What exactly can you do?"

Meili nodded silently, somewhat impressed at the number of uses for one thing. She was about to accept when suddenly a meteor fell from the sky and landed on Meili, making a smoldering crater that wiped out half of Song as well as almost all of Chu. From the meteor came a woman-thing, who forced Rozellia to join her cause. Then, the woman created a portal to somewhere and pushed Rozellia through it. Meili furiously shook her head, forgetting the strange vision-like thing that she just had. "Okay... that could be very useful... would you like to be a Commander? Of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for a promotion... I feel though that if I give you any larger force to command that I would need to know beforehand that you would be able to control it, and that you could be trusted."

After wandering through several streets and climbing many stairs, An Ying finally made it to the castle. Composing himself he strolled honorably into the halls of the castle. An Ying couldn't help but blush as he noticed the many soldiers lining the entrance, most of whom were male. Min, if only you were here. He smiled at his mischievous thought.
