Physical Description: Thalus is one of the least intimidating turians that anyone will encounter. His posture is astute and he is slightly toned but in no way is he ever considered to have a threatening disposition when first met. In fact Thalus seems like quite the regular turian upon meeting him. His skin is, like all other turians, a steel tint, however it also seems a bit dull ,partially because of his field of work and it's effect on his body and partially because of his background in biotics. His markings are rather simplistic: a black line that sweeps from the ear to bridge of the nose and three black lines on his "chin."

Background Summary: Thalus was one of the rarer types of turians that had the ability to use biotics. While many of his turian brethren found this trait unappealing the military found it to be useful and he was assigned to a Cabal where he served for 10 years. Until he was 25 years old Thalus worked alongside a few other turians who came to call brothers. By the time he was finished working in the Cabal team he had more than a strong sense of just how to use his biotics. It is because of this that his physical form is partially lack luster, because he depends so heavily now on biotics.

Thalus' father served in the First Contact War as a commanding officer of a vessel responsible for part of the orbital siege on Shanxi. His father didn't hate humanity, nor did Thalus, but they both knew how to deal with them. You either killed them or they killed you. If you got on a humans bad side they would try to get revenge. In this way they were very much like the turians however the human culture differed greatly from that of the turians, and for that reason Thalus always had a misunderstanding of humans. He always put them at arm's length and never got too close to them lest he betray one or become too accustomed to their company.

A somewhat law abiding citizen with a strong sense of honor and personal accountability Thalus can be described as a near stereotypical turian. He puts service to his species before most other things and always cooperates with all of the Hierarchies mandates and taxes. His only slips from this stereotype are his tendency to actually put some personal desires before his duty to others and the fact that he no longer serves his government.

Shortly after his Cabal group was disbanded for failing to complete a mission Thalus left the military and began working for the private sector as a mercenary. Thanks to Thalus' military background as well as his knack for using biotics he was considered a highly valued asset to many looking for someone who could get a not so legal job done. While he never dealt directly with the Shadow Broker he was considered one of his best agents.
