THERE IS CURRENTLY 1 CREW SPACE LEFT!
Welcome to the Crew Challenge! If you want to become involved with TOG even more you can complete the following challenges to become part of the crew.
Each crew member will be assigned a specific forum, topic, etc. depending on the job they choose/are picked to be.
*NOTE* The following requirements may be difficult, but that's because you must be totally dedicated to the guild. You should get at least one post in the guild per every day you are on Gaia (at least!)
Here are the requirements:
1.) Be very active in the guild (At least thirty-five posts, and not just bumping; actually be involved in roleplays, discussion, etc.) To check how active you are (your status, how much you've donated to the guild via the bar at the bottom of the homepage, and how many posts you have made in the guild) click "View Members" at the top (the Guild "navigation" bar) and under "Search for Users" type in your name.
2.) Post an introduction to yourself in the Introduction Thread. We want to know our potential Crew members better.
3.) Find the volume of a pyramid with side lengths of 5 centimeters and 6 centimeters and a slant height of 1 decimeter. Put your answer in meters, and explain how you got your answer. This is to test your intelligence (don't worry, you can use a calculator)*
4.) Give me the Secret Word and the "Other" Secret Word. This could be tricky, I'm not even giving any hints!** wink This is the main reason why you will send me the application form via Private Message. (C'mon, I don't have to put a link! Just hover over me (or click on me and then send me a pm from my profile)
5.) Put the word "funner" in your application form for number 5. It is a word, Webster just forgot to put it in... stare
6.) If I have seen you flaming, breaking any rules, or in any way being unfit for joining the TOG Crew, I will not accept your application.
7.) Have a nice day! (Lucky number seven!) 3nodding
8.) For Specific Jobs: a) What job do you want? b) Which job do you think you would do best at? c) Do you have all of the skills required for the job you want?
9.) For Specific Jobs: a) What job don't you want? b) Which job do you think you would be worst at?
10.) Is there anything else you would like to say about Crew members, becoming a Crew member, the guild, this application form, or yourself?
If you have any more questions, please feel free to Private Message me (Mr Greenrune).
OH NOES! YOU HAVE FOUND INVISIBLE BOB! AS A REWARD, I SUPPOSE I WILL HAVE TO GIVE YOU A COUPLE HINTS:
1) THE "OTHER" SECRET WORD IS ON GENERAL DISCOMFORT'S PROFILE
2)THE FORMULA FOR THE VOLUME OF A PYRAMID CALLS FOR THE HEIGHT, BUT YOU ONLY HAVE THE SLANT HEIGHT. YOU HAVE TO USE THE PYTHAGOREAN THEOREM TO FIND THE HEIGHT!
Just because Invisible Bob is invisible doesn't mean you can't see him... eek (WTF!?)

OPEN SPACES.
THERE ARE 2 SPACES OPEN!
- Roleplay Mod (1)
- Required Skills: Good grammar/spelling, preferrably good roleplaying skills (this job is for people that like to roleplay and do it often in particular).
- Job: You will moderate the Roleplay Forum, moving any inappropriate threads into the Trash Forum. It would be nice if you could fix some grammatical errors (like, big ones, that make it harder to read) in posts, though this is not required.
- Benefits: Gets special priveleges in roleplays. This means you may get some special higher places in roleplays, but basically you are held with great respect. This does not mean that you can automatically control (godmod) all the roleplays, get the main characters and disrespect other people because you are a Crew Member, etc. If the Roleplay Mod is abusing their powers, use the reporting system on the guild homepage to report this. Please give details, such as the location of the abuse and what happened.
- General Mod (1)
- Required Skills: Be able to mod basically all the forums, and be able to temporarily switch or "take over" jobs with someone temporarily if they are gone or you are needed for some reason.
- Job: Generally moderate threads throughout the guild, moving inappropriate threads to the Trash Forum. You will sometimes be asked to take over someone else's job temporarily, or focus on a specific point, topic, forum, etc. depending on the situation.
- Benefits: Uhh... fame? Still, this is a very important job, and probably one of the easiest (since you basically just wander around with some direction, looking for inappropriate posts.

THE FIGHTER ACE IS NOW A GEN. MOD!!!
* Just becase you're not a braniac doesn't mean you can't solve this. Even if you have no idea how to solve, use your head *wink wink* to figure out how. Also: reread the problem before you begin.
** Okay, I lied. Here's two hints: The Secret Word is somewhere in the picture on the guild home, and the "Other" Secret Word is somewhere similar (but not in the same picture, or the guild for that matter) This is undoubtedly the hardest of all, and chances are you will spend a lot of time on this... I wonder if General Discomfort could be of help somehow?
