This is a mountain range where lighting clouds hover over. This place is great for practicing lighting jutsus and training.

He makes a sword out pure lighting and makes it stronger using the lighting from the clouds."HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! HERE GOES NOTHING !!!!!!!!" The Raikage kicks the mountain and began slicing through the mountain boulders.

KP Sephiroth KP Sephiroth The Raikage stops and looks at the clouds "This place is perfect for lighting jutsus" Start making hand signs. "Chidorigatana!!!!!!!!!" He makes a sword out pure lighting and makes it stronger using the lighting from the clouds."HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! HERE GOES NOTHING !!!!!!!!" The Raikage kicks the mountain and began slicing through the mountain boulders. He missed one of the boulders and it was coming towards him at high speed "HAHAHAHA NO PROBLEM!!!!" A thunder bolt shocked and gave him more power and increased his muscle mass "take this!!!!" The Raikage kicks the boulder in the air while doing a backflip "Lighting Tornado HAAAAAAAAA" he blows the boulder into pieces"Well that was fun" the Raikage says while putting his sword up.

Dalenosake Rochiha TrackBeast 1 the Raikage waits in the mountains for the rain ninja. *an strong wind came and rain ninja, appier right behind the kage ,he look at the kage with smile and said to him* why u came here....* comfuse why the kage chose this place * The raikage smiled with a evil grin "This is why we are here" the kage throws his sword into the air and start doing and signs "Chidori!!!!" while holding the ball of lighting into his hand with lighting speed the raikage runs up the mountain "here we go!!" The kage jumps off the mountain and began spinning like a tornado until he grabs his calibur sword and he fused the chidori into his sword and comes down slicing through a boulder. "I will be teaching you the chidori and this area will make lighting attacks stronger. Any Questions?" The Raikage says while putting his away.

The Kage said with warning.
