Situated just bordering the DragonTane Forest is a mansion-looking building. On the front of this place, there is a sign that reads:
EmpressDee'sLounge!
Flashing in the neon colors of red and green this sign stands out amongst the colors surrounding the area.
The exterior paint otherwise is painted black. Jet Black. The windows in the place have the colors of the rainbow in a pattern running along the shutters. The place runs 100 floors above ground and 3000 floors below ground.
The floors below ground do have rooms in them, but they also connect to other buildings that neighbor this lounge thus making a small town out of commercial buildings that connect to the school district of Enthera.
On the interior on the main floor, it looks like any other lounge. Musty, dusty, and stinky.
Though that is only a ruse to the authentic antiqueness the place had. True the place at first smelled like someone unclean, but the further you walk straight in, there is a completely different scenery.
Where the tables are, placed in a traditional restaurant fashion, there is the smell of comforting food that will make your tastebuds water for something made by our top chefs.
To the left of the entrace, there is a dank hallway, but it does contain a private service elevator that staff get to use. However, just right of that dank hallway are top of the line elevators, which to the rest of the place looks like it sticks out like a sore thumb.
This appearance was made on purpose for it gives the sense of constant renovation, improvements and possibly the more creative one is, the more this place changes for the better.
Once you take the elevator to the first floor above ground, there is the lobby to the actual hotel. This floor looks posh and appears like if you break something you'll be in major trouble for it when in fact this stuff cannot be broken anyway.

So far, this is all that can be said about the place in its design.
The idea of this particular roleplay is provide your services by being a first time customer then revealing ideas through casual chatter amongst everyone else.
This is how this place becomes the best mansion hotel ever built.

A traveler stared at the lounge sign before starting to chuckle. "Looks like Dee is the full swing of things again." He looked down the road. "Hmm, I finish my business with Thorn and the others are busy...Maybe Dee is home."
He decided to walk up to the door shake off the snow from his heavy travelers cloak and knock. "Anyone home?" He stuck his head in side just a bit not fully sure what do in a lounge like this. This silver hair sparkled in the lights and their red roots a warmth to silver hairs. "Terry? Dee? Umm, it's Custos, anyone one here?"
He stepped in so not to let all the warmth escape.

Terry came down the stairs looking like a chickenasaurus. He had talons for feet, goat's fur for an underside, and he had a giant lizard's tail! He also wore a space helmet upon his head along with a scouter.
He said through the helmet, "Oh hey there Custos. Come on in. Don't mind my outfit. I was experiementing with Iori's potions. Ha ha ha! Serves me right though. Just don't be tempted to eat me. I can be a tough ol bird."
Terry smirked, then began to giggle as he thought he was making fun of himself.
I'm thinking of adding wings too. What type should I get? Dragonstyle, or Fearow style?

Custos jaw dropped. "Terry..." He was lost for words. "Terry you look like a genetic disaster!"
He banished his travelers cloak then looked over Terry again. "Umm, Fearow maybe. I Think it would go with the fur. Oh no, I wouldn't eat you, LoreKose knows how you would taste." He chuckled while thinking about he had just got himself into.

Dee then came down the stairs in Khaki shorts, Clutch rollerblades, and teal blue flames coming from golden jewelery. "Terry, you fooling around with the locals again. Ha ha ha! Sorry about that Custos. It is true that Terry was fooling with Iori's potions, but it is for a good cause. He's trying to have different transformations other than just the pure golden wolf form. And it is kinda my fault. You know I can change into all sorts of creatures, right? Well, Terry feels kinda left out. Ha ha ha!"

Custos chuckled, "It is no big deal Terry, really it can be a pain sometimes. I mean, look at me, I am High Angel." He shrugged. "It was rather hard at first to get friends who have demon blood, until I could fully control my powers we had to be far apart to transform." He could feel the urge to stretch his wings, but he shuttered as he swallowed the urge.
He played it safe to stand by the door if he needed to release the power. "Hehe, those thoughts aside...You..." He looked for the words. "Kind of weird...Can you reverse the affects?"

Terry thought about it and said, "Nah, I don't want to reverse them. This way, when I get really old, they can plaster the saying, 'Gee that Terry Bogard was a tough ol bird'. Ha ha ha!"

Custos could feel his brow twitch. "Umm, what ever you like Terry, go for it!" He gave a warm angelic smile then turned to Dee with a hidden look that screamed, "Is he sane?"

Dee laughed and shrugged. She said, "I dunno, but I am certain that with the many times he went into deadly battles it ought to have knocked a few screws loose. Besides, he never really lived any sort of a childhood. So, I think its fair that he oughta live at least a bit of a childhood, right? After all, he was forced to grow up at the age of 10. And now, now that there is peace, he gets to live like a kid for a while. He is keeping me entertained at least. I am certain that this is only temporary, so I'm gonna enjoy it while it lasts."

Dee had a point and he saw where she was coming from. "I see, but if Terry is going to play around with potions...Please stay away from Cingen's collection and our potion masters. If Iori's did that, then our will..." He looked away. "You wouldn't make a good pink fluff ball with two big black marbles glued to your face, for eyes." He couldn't keep a straight face. "That is just a kids potion too. Hahaha."

Custos chuckled, "I am not worried, Terry would have to be as slick as snack and swift as a master rogue to get a hold of our powerful potions. Lets leave the potions the Iori when I think about it."

"Good Plan."
Just then a vision came through Dee's headband and began playing like a movie on one of the tables. The vision was about Vegeta and Bulma. But Bulma was being really mean.
Bulma wasn't going to allow Vegeta to hold in his sadness any longer. She threatened Vegeta to the point where he had no choice!
Flying over to Capsule Corporation, Dee slapped Bulma hard. She then said, "How dare you, how dare you Bulma do this to Vegeta! After he gave you kids. Likely the only kids you'll ever have too."
Seeing the tears about to fall, Dee wrapped her arms around Vegeta lightly. In turn, he embraced Dee, leaned his head over Dee's shoulder and wept. As he wept he said aloud, ""I hate her, Dee. I hate her! I hate Bulma! She invited me over here, wanted to settle a score. She swore to me that she wasn't going to be bossy anymore. I should kill her for what she's done to me!"
Dee kissed Vegeta gently and stroked his back. When Vegeta wanted to be alone for a while, which meant he was going to fly to my lounge, I then glared at Bulma and said, "Give me 5 good reasons why I shouldn't send you to hell right now. Because Bulma... you are deserving of it. Friends of Kakkorot or not."
The diamond whip appeared, shone brightly at Dee's side.
Bulma smirked and said, "Go ahead, just try and throw me into that purple porta potty."
Dee threw her whip and it snagged onto Bulma's foot. Bulma tried to break free and couldn't. Bulma was growing scared. But, Dee was determined. The purple goo arose like a whirlwind and Bulma was tossed in. As Bulma was trapped in the vortex Dee said, "The only apology I will have to make is not allowing Vegeta the glory of killing you himself."
The young Queen, that is empress dee, flew back to the lounge just in time to embrace Vegeta once again.

Custos had never thought he would ever see a tear come to Vegeta's eyes, yet alone see him weep. He wasn't ashamed of Vegeta, no, he had seen the best warrior break down in tears. It was kept them human or elf, or what ever they may be.
He wanted to reach out and comfort Vegeta, but he could feel a tension between them. Vegeta needed Dee. He in turn summoned a drink to his hand and walked over to the widow. He couldn't help but wonder of Dante.
"Dante? It has been ages since I have seen you...I wonder what you are doing now."
