All armies have a flag or banner...Well why not us?

Anyone is allowed to enter, the winner will receive a promotion and a special prize.

Your promotion will be from eg. Private - Sergant, and so on so forth.
The prize is unnamed as I have not purchased it, there is a 95% chance it will be from the cash shop.
