She soaks you in her warm broth of compliments, she pours honey all over your body with the sweet nothings you love to hear. She's as spicy as ginger and... 'I have a husband,' she says, leaving this garlic-like burning in your throat and the salty, dark feeling in your lungs.
you need:
arrow 8-12 chicken wings
arrow half a cup of broth
arrow 8 tblsp. of dark soy sauce
arrow 4 tblsp. of honey
arrow 3 cloves of garlic
arrow 2 teasp. grated ginger, fresh or dried
arrow 2 tblsp. of oil
1. Take a large skillet, place the wings on the bottom of it and cover them with water. Boil for about 25 minutes.
2. Put the wings aside, divide each into three parts, cutting where the joints are. Throw away the tips as they are nasty and meatless.
3. In the very same skillet, which is probably missing you now, saute the garlic and ginger on the oil. Pour the honey in. After a while add the broth and soy sauce.
4. Put the chicken wings there. Fry until the liquid is gone and they are nicely smothered in the mixture.
5. Serve with white rice and Chinese cabbage or mashed potatoes and vinegret salad, depending whether you're in an Eastern or Western mood.
Give her this, give her a taste of how you feel.
