 Tohru sat under a tree, gnawing on a bone. He was feeling bored, and wondered just how much fun it would be to go bother his sister, Godwind. With a snap, the old bone broke in two. "Pooh," Tohru muttered, throwing the two broken pieces away. He got up and shook his tail, then trotted over to find his sister. "Godwiiiiiind!" he called. Kuro darted nervously around at Tohru's feet. She was always afraid, and didn't like it much when Tohru moved away. She liked staying in one place. Still, she would never risk leaving Tohru's side, so away she came. After a few minutes of scurrying, however, Kuro got tired, so she clambered quickly up one of Tohru's talons and fastened herself securely in front of his left wing. It was warm and safe here, so she could relax.

Godwind was busy trying to catch the meanie MooMoo "COME ON, give it backkk." she whines at her familiar. He is aloft in a tree, with a shiny rock in his claws. "I promise I won't gnaw it anymore! I AM COMING UP THERE YOU POOHEAD!" she proclaims and starts to try to climb the tree. She gets one leg up when she hears her brother. "TOOHHHHRRUUUUU" she yells back trying to get back down now.
MooMoo hides the rock and nurses a headache. For the past half hour the little brat has been chewing on it grating against it making ungodly noises. He starts back quick when Godwind tries to make it up the tree but soon discovers it is hopeless for the lass and lets out a snort. He soon stops and drops the rock when he spots his favorite toy of all time. He says," Kuro."
"NO MOOMOO, BAD MOOMOO!... HELP ME DOWNNNNN" Godwind yells at her familiar.

Kuro snuggled deeper into Tohru's feathers. No. Not MooMoo... All the times that bird had abused her and hurt her and tried to eat her... The harassment caused Kuro to live in fear, only to be safe when in the "hands" of Tohru.
"MooMoo, you stay away from Kuro," Tohru said sternly. He did not dislike the bird familiar, but sometimes MooMoo's games were a little too rough for the fragile Kuro. "How'd you get stuck up there?" he asked curiously. It was funny to see his sister stuck in a tree. "Get down, Godwind! I gotta tell you something!"

MooMoo stares at Kuro. "I will, but i will not hold my tongue. I plan to talk freely about how delishous that little wriggly tail would feel slipping down my throat." moo comments with a wicked smile.
God wind yells,"MOOMOO cut it out you freak O' nature!" she says with a smile but turns to Tohru. " OH WHAT??? I WANNA KNOW. But you see I was chasing MooMoo casue he was being mean... and now.. I'M STUCK!" she says with a sob. "GET ME OUTTTTT TOHRU RU ru" she sobs.

Kuro cowered even lower. MooMoo was so mean!
Tohru gave MooMoo a mean look, but said nothing. Kuro might taste good... But he'd never eat her! She was a nice little thing that needed protection. Like Godwind did. "I'll help you! Kuro, you'd better get off, or you'll fall," Tohru informed his familiar.
With a fearful glance at MooMoo, and with an even more terrified look at the tree, Kuro scrambled down to hide in some bushes. MooMoo wouldn't dare go in there; his feathers would get tangled up!
Tohru trotted over to the tree and looked up. "Can you sorta glide down? Just let go, push off, and open your wings! Or do I have to come up?"

MooMoo smirked as Kuro ran but didn't go toward him. He just described eating him again,"AH I would lick the bones clean alright." He said this but kept an eye on Godwind just in case the clumsy one got hurt.
"I dunno" Go wind mews "I 've never flown before Tohru, I don't know how to!" she yells and wiggles in vain. As she wiggles she hears a loud pop and she comes flying down a short 6 foot drop to the ground on her back. She lets out a moan of pain and looks down to see her twisted ankle. "Is it ok that my ankle made a pop sound?" Godwind says fearfully at Tohru.
MooMoo comes flying down a hail of feathers. "YOU IDIOT! How could you, hurt yourself??" he yells and hopes around on the ground near Godwind uselessly. He flutters around in a panic.

"Uuuuuhmmm..." Tohru said, thinking fast. He remembered the bone that he had snapped earlier; it had made a similar sound. "Um, does it hurt?" he asked fearfully.
Kuro remained in her hiding spot. It looked like trouble out there, but she was too afraid to see if she could help. She probably couldn't, anyway.
