Yes, so the rules of this and any other custom is really simple: be specific. The more specific, the better, seriously. Things like HEX-codes, images and minute descriptions are things that are loved by a colorist.
So basically, what you get with a color custom is the ability to change whatever is color. As long as I don't have to change any linearts, it's a color custom.
Small Lineart Edits Customs
Price: 50k Status: Closed
So when what you wish for succeeds the line art, this is where you go. If you want custom hair, jewelery, tail or whatever, this is the place to go. Also read the first paragraph in this post about descriptions.
Cosplay Edits / Heavy Lineart Edits Customs

When it's not just about adding a new tail or an ornate necklace, then we're talking heavy lineart edits. We're talking full maker-overs, to make the Fenya either look like something or someone that already exists (then it's a cosplay) or something from your own imagination. Outfits, and just massive lineart edits fall under this category.
