This actually reminds me of a story my friend has been wanting to write for years. It's about a person cursed with an everlasting life, when she dies she is reborn instantly, however her memories are the same the faces everything, and she's watched hundreds of friends die and struggle and she's never been able ease the pain for them. So it's a very lonesome story, but this thought just reminded me of it...
