Quote: Looks: Bright blue skin (similar to dolphin skin) with webbed fins lining both jaws, both forearms, one down his back, and one down the length of the top of his head, at the end of which is a long white ponytail ending just above the knee. His eyes are yellow, but that is often not known as he usually wears tinted goggles (think swimmer's goggles) in order to protect himself from his own flash bolas. Usually wears a black, padded leather suit with a shock-absorbing underlay. His fingers and toes are webbed up to the first knuckle and he has gills located behind his jawbone. Additional Fact: I think I had him set as 19.
