Biography: Takaki Tōno hasn't lead the best life imaginable, there's no doubt about that. At around nine years old he transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. The fact that he had magical potential was kept hidden from him by his mother and father, they wanted him to live a normal life, away from the strife and stealth of a magician's life.And for nine years, they'd done a good job. But he was always a curious and stubborn child, he would eventually find out the existence of magic.

Be that as it may, very little is known about Takaki Tōno, other than that his parents died before he turned 10, his best friend Akari died when he was 13, and he has been living with his grandfather in Kagoshima ever since those events happened

However, takaki still found the need to seclude himself, even from his only family left. Meaning he would be finding out the secrets of his family's past with his own means. He has now been given the chance to start a new page in his life's song. With the invitation to Mahora Academy, eveything will change for him.

Personality: Takaki is a very quiet and withdrawn young man, despite him being a handsome and strong willed individual. He is a youth of many greivances. Takaki is a disturbed, and heartbroken orphan. Takaki usually seems to be in a state of sad thoughtfulness, yet he can be extremely kind. He has no problem communicating with the rest of the world, he just preferes not to. He fears nothing, least of all death, he knows his end and when it will come. Therefore, Takaki is always calm, even in the face of pure evil and danger because of this. He never panics, is never frightened and cannot be charmed or enraged. Takaki cares only to live his life as best he can for Akari and himself.

Other: Takaki sees beauty in everything and everyone, even those completely evil. This is what makes him such a kind and caring yet serious individual. Takaki loves playing his violin. However, he only does so on his own time, being as there is no music club. Takaki is also a fine pratictioner of Kyūdō or Japanese archery sports.

Appearance: Takaki is slender, with a calm yet melancholic look on his face nearly 24/7. His smiles are always weak and look pained. If one can see past his cloudy grey eyes they just might catch a glimpse of the sadness within. However, they will also see the one person who looks back at them as if the gazer was filled completely with beauty and wonder.Takaki Tōno

Graduated Artifact: Thanatos, Guarda Guardia della Morte~ This Pactio Artifact consists of two parts. A sword and Eight connected sheild-like coffins which are chained and connected whatever he is wearing. The coffins, tend to resemble wings but do not grant takaki flight of any kind. They are his guardians, his sheilds; yet they do not posses individual names for they are faceless. They all share the design of silver seraphins holdin crosses crafted and embedded on each coffin's surface. The sheilds are chained to resemble weights, somthing the user cannot escape. This represents a complete death of innocence in takaki. They provide him with the physical and magical defense needed to ensure his intended end and no death sooner. The sword on the other hand is long, straight, and single-edged to represent singular justice. It is the bane of all low-level magics. Nothing as strong as a magic breaker but more of a reflector, meaning he can knock away and deflect low level magic attacks. And as long as both parts of the artifact are present he is granted the unwanted ability to see the lifespan and the death of any person. These are not always certain, what with free will and all. However, that being said, Takaki has known when & how he would die ever since he received this "curse" as takaki puts it. Even still, he is resigned to his fate & accepts the knowledge of his own death. This Pactio ties Takaki to the image of despair and tragedy.
