I have some announcements:
1.) I like to see the creativity of some of these abilities that some of you have come up with. Please, If you all could come up with at least one awesome technique of your own that makes sense, then we Kages wouldn't have to teach you so many jutsu.
2.) I will allow training to go on while the war is going on, but your kage must approve of the technique before you may use it in the war to make sure you completed it.
3.) I must remind some people of the rule that Genin only get 1 Jutsu element, Chuunin get 2, Jounin get 3, and Kages get 4. And that your second, third, and fourth elements won't be as strong.
4.) The only auto-hitting allowed in this guild is hand-to-hand combat and not a deadly blow, but remember you can't dodge every hit or that's considered Godmodding.
5.) New Chuunin may go to the Summoning Jutsu Forum and get a summoning. Take the time to read the topic that explains everything about it.

Actually, auto-hitting is when you go and do something like this: Mary held a knife and cute Bob's arm off. That's what auto-hitting really is.
What you're talking about is really God Modding, another big no-no in this guild, and most others you will find. God Modding is when you dodge every attack, can never get hurt, always have super powerful moves, no one can lay a finger on you, and you're basically God. (simple enough to understand wink )
Just wanted to clarify that.
