Character Name: Sullen Horror
Fighting Style: Sullen does not fight. His ability is such that violence means nothing within ten meters of himself, and wordplay is the way he defeats his enemies. His power, 'Taboo,' makes it so if the rules of conversation must be followed, or the culprit's soul is lost. this applies it himself, as well. However, Sullen never keeps the souls, and lets them go, usually after moving the body from his territory. He cannot, though, free his own soul, so his falcon does it for him.
Bio: A childhood friend of Harujiro's and Fuyusuke's. He currently lives in Baron City, and was formerly an architect.
